An annual event organized by the embassies of Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Luxembourg.

Early in the morning on the opening day, Kosovar television invited Eckhard Hoffmann for an interview on "Breakfast TV". The chief interpreter of the German embassy, Ms. Ramize Ferati, interpreted the 30-minute programme.
